What the price is
Each release shows the current Polymarket outcome price for its market, in cents (0–100c), read from the public Gamma API. It is the market’s price, quoted with its timestamp and a link to the market. It is not a Poly2 probability, and Poly2 never computes one.
What the price is not
It is not a forecast, a recommendation, or investment advice. A 71c price reflects what traders are willing to pay, not what will happen. Poly2 is not affiliated with Polymarket.
Release dates
Dates come from the AlphAI economic calendar, sourced from the agencies’ own schedules (Fed, BLS, BEA). Each occurrence has a stable identifier that survives reschedules. When a date is not printed by an agency it is marked est..
Three clocks
- Release moment — when the agency publishes.
- Price moment — the market’s
updatedAt. - Reading moment — when you opened the page.
They are always labeled separately and never blended.
Missing data
When a curated market does not resolve, or coverage has not arrived, the page says so. Poly2never invents a price, a date, or a headline.
